Make the request specific
Website support requests move more smoothly when the exact page, content, and desired result are clear. A short message such as "update the website" usually needs follow-up, while a detailed request can be reviewed faster.
Helpful details for website changes
- The page URL or page name that needs attention.
- The exact text, image, button, form, or section that should change.
- Replacement copy, approved images, documents, or links.
- Whether the change is a correction, improvement, launch item, or new request.
- Any deadline or business reason behind the change.
- Screenshots or marked-up notes if the request is visual.
- Any recent plugin, hosting, DNS, domain, or content changes.
For contact forms and lead flows
If the request involves a form, include the form name, the expected recipient email, the fields that should appear, and any error messages you are seeing. Do not include private customer information unless it is necessary and appropriate.
For larger website work
Requests for new pages, redesigns, new integrations, or major content structure changes may need a short planning conversation before implementation. NetDefend will help confirm scope, priority, and next steps.
